Byronic Hero †Romantic Hero †Tragic Hero †Anti-Hero During the Romantic Era, a cross breed of the Romantic Hero developed out of the works of Lord Byron and the mix awful saint/sentimental legend/wannabe portrayal of a significant number of the heroes in Gothic Novels.
